Mandatory Author Registration Requirements // ISTVS author registration policy requires that at least one author from each accepted (accepted with revisions) paper be registered and paid prior to the uploading of the final manuscript before August 31, 2023.
Cancellations // Any cancellation request must be made in writing and submitted to the Conference Chair no later than August 1, 2023. A processing fee will be applied to all refund requests. Refunds are NOT permitted on/after September 1, 2023.

Additional open events
🎟 Technical tour to the Military Institute of Armored and Automotive Technology (MIAAT) Sulejówek, Friday, October 13. Meals at the restaurant to Kazimierz Dolny. Participation is free of charge.
🎟 Practical demonstrations of student projects of Lublin University of Technology in the field of off-road and military vehicles will continue during the conference. Participation is free of charge.
